6. Resource Usage

Hosting plans are subject to the storage, CPU, RAM, bandwidth, database, inode, email, and other limits specified by the applicable plan.

Customers must not use shared hosting services in a way that excessively consumes resources or negatively affects server performance or other customers.

If excessive or abusive usage is detected, HostANG may request that the customer reduce usage, upgrade the service, or move the affected workload to a more suitable service.

7. Customer Content

You are responsible for all files, websites, databases, emails, applications, and other content stored or transmitted through your account.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to host and distribute your content.

HostANG does not claim ownership of your website content solely because you use our hosting services.

8. Backups

Where backups are provided as part of a hosting plan, they are intended as an additional recovery facility and should not be considered the customer’s only backup.

Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data.

HostANG is not responsible for loss of data where a backup is unavailable, incomplete, corrupted, deleted, or cannot be restored.

9. Domain Names

Domain registrations and renewals are subject to the rules and policies of the applicable domain registry and registrar.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Keeping domain contact information updated.
• Renewing domains before expiration.
• Complying with applicable domain registration policies.

HostANG does not guarantee that a requested domain name will remain available until registration is completed.

10. Service Availability

HostANG aims to provide reliable and continuous service. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed unless a specific service-level agreement states otherwise.

Service interruptions may occur because of:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Hardware or software failures
• Network problems
